Returns and Refund Policy

The SOS Beauty Awards do not sell any physical products.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds due to the reasons below:

Nominations - The nomination forms are automatically emailed out as digital attachments following checkout and therefore cannot be retrieved. If the customer decides they no longer want to take part in the awards they will have already received a copy of our asset therefore they are non-refundable

Tickets - Once an event ticket is purchased your seats will be confirmed with the venue. We do not receive refunds from the venue and will still incur the same costs as if you had attended. Please ensure that you are able to attend before committing to purchasing tickets. You are welcome to sell unwanted tickets on to other finalists but this would be a private arrangement.
