It was incredible to have 180 guests join us as we gave out 25 awards at the
Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham on the 3rd of June 2023

Wow what a night we had, which started with the glitz and glam of our red carpet photo's and video interviews and ended in us all dancing until the early hours. Everyone who took part in the evening was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was buzzing all night.

It was great to have our judges and sponsors up on stage to announce their awards and we had a few heartfelt speeches from winners that almost had us all in tears, emotions were high and it really was a night to remember.

Who’s Who
Every year, the top talents in the industry are nominated for awards and honourable mentions at our ceremony. We believe that these exceptional individuals deserve to be recognized and celebrated and we ask some of the most influential faces in the industry to join us on our judging panel to help us make the difficult decision of choosing our winners. Our incredible 2023 judging panel are listed below.

Rebecca Williams
Rebecca is an Aesthetics Nurse Prescriber, she started her nursing career in 2011. Previously having worked in several medical settings over the years she now currently works solely in Aesthetics in her own clinic in Nottingham, where she also runs her training academy.
Rebecca's main obsession in Aesthetics is making sure treatments are ethical, natural and person appropriate and is an advocate for safety and constant education. Not only is Rebecca going to make an excellent addition to our judging panel she is also one of the founders of the Midlands Aesthetics and Beauty Awards

Leeanne Hill
Partnerships Manager
Leeanne working in the insurance industry when she was 18yrs old and has never left. Working for large insurance brokers including HSBC, RIAS, AJ Gallaghers and Usay Compare, all of whom specialised in different sectors from motor, commercial, property and Private Health Insurance. Covid hit and I, like many, found myself looking for work. I was approached by the MD of Insync Insurance. He invited me to join the Insync team 3 years ago and I have never looked back. We are specialist insurance brokers for the beauty & aesthetics industry. I am now the Partnerships Manager and my team work with training academies who teach students beauty & aesthetic treatments.
Jamie-Lee Jones
Jamie-Lee isa multi award winning beauty salon owner and has been in the beauty industry for over 12 years. Whilst progressing her career she have worked as a beauty therapist from home, mobile and in other salons before opening her own in Durrington, Wiltshire which has won 18 awards within 2 years. She has focused on growing her team, training and qualifying her staff in order to ensure they are carrying out treatments to the best standards possible. Jamie-Lee herself is trained in numerous standard and advanced beauty treatments including body contouring, Lash extensions and advanced cosmetic procedures.
Her passion is to make a difference to the beauty industry and help others to progress in their careers.
Karolina Grzelewska
Master Craftsman Karolina Grzelewska, salon owner: Hair-Life Professional, academy owner: Art Trends Hair Academy, founder Association of Hairdressers in Great Britain FHOPHA, Official UK Amazon Keratin Distributor, founder: Advertising Magazine, director of the Ministry of Hairdressing EU. Karolina Grzelewska is a hairdressing educator and trainer. A celebrity hairdresser, stylist and designer, cosmetics manufacturer. From 1996 official face of the L'Oreal Professionnel brand. Master stylist with passion in his own professional projects helping others. Supporting workshops in the enterprise, since 2013, it conducts proprietary and professional training, teaches students and cooperates with many other hair educators. UK Government site, is listed as an Educational Service Provider. (UK Learning Provider and apprenticeships). Member of: Hair-Council, British Beauty Council, FHA, NHBF, BABTAC, Habia and others. Since 2008, in Great Britain, it has been supporting others, training hairdressers and student education, as well as integrating the investor community. Lumpai Kummoo
Born in Thailand and educated in the UK Lumpai is an experienced Thai Massage Therapist and Teacher/Trainer who speaks Thai, English and Lao. Lumpai was blessed to have inherited traditional Thai Massage techniques from her grandfather from a young age. Her passion is to make a difference to peoples lives and to share her skills and knowledge. In her 15 years of experience she has worked for many traditional Thai education centres in Thailand but also has a nursing background in the UK and worked in many wards and departments at Addenbrook’s hospital specialising in working with people with eating disorders and cancer. She has completed beauty, holistic, international massage diplomas and PMU Level 4 and continuously improves her knowledge by taking part in CPD. She currently works with one of the best top Hilton Hotel SPA’s in the UK.
